HFZ A12/A13 Ramdisk

The latest numbered A12/A13 Ramdisk release found in the reviewed HFZ Activator Official channel archive is HFZ-Activator-A12_A13-Ramdisk v2.5.1 for macOS, announced 19 August 2026. It covers selected A12/A13 iPhone and iPad workflows; support can change between releases.

Official archive verification: reviewed through 11 September 2026. v2.5.1 release wording: added iOS 27 support and lists Passcode/Disabled with-signal plus Hello-screen no-signal families. The newest v2.5.1 model list does not include iPad 9, although older Ramdisk releases did; HFZTool.com therefore does not carry iPad 9 forward as current Ramdisk support.

Do not assume every feature works on every listed model or software build. Check the exact release notes and service conditions first.

Model-specific OS note: the v2.5.1 announcement uses iOS 27 support wording, but Apple lists iOS 27 for iPhone 11 and later and newer eligible iPads. Earlier listed devices such as iPhone XS/XS Max/XR, iPad Air 3, iPad mini 5 and iPad 8 use earlier compatible OS branches. Treat the HFZ model list and OS wording as release-wide ranges, not as one OS version for every model.
